You will be rewarded eventually if you show up,
Sometimes we realise that only in hindsight.

So my story is preety simple,
I left my decent IT job back in 2017 in the UK,
As I was stagnated in my professional life &
Wanted to use my knowledge in Machine learning.

But no one needed ML back in 2017 atleast in IT services.
So i opened my own business to work on it.

Moved from place to place raising awareness in data/ml etc.

Corporates did not care much then about ML (They wanted cloud more),
Some mid-size companies & University did,
and invited me for seminars.

Some gave me small work as well.

One thing lead to another and i saw myself move into various tech.

It was very lonely then but
we all know today what is DATA's skill value now in 2024.

So my message is:

- Donot be sad if things are not moving your way today
- They will appreciate things in hindsight more
- Value compound over time just like money does
- But be sure to be grateful for today
- And keep working & skilling

I am grateful to the folks who then showed vision &
invited me to talk on Data back in 2017,
